Billing Policy

• Barnes-Miller Child Development Center bills in advance on the first of each month.

• No less than 50% is due by the 5th of each month to avoid late penalties and/or loss of space.

• All account balances are to be paid in full by the 15th of each month to allow continued attendance and to avoid further late penalties.

• A $25 late fee will be assessed on the 6th if 50% tuition is not paid and a $50 late fee is assessed on the 16th.

• Should you find it necessary to withdraw or change your child’s program we must have a month written notice in advance. If notice is not received full tuition will be charged.

• There is a $25 charge for any check returned for any reason.
